    Our meaty ribs are dry-rubbed and hickory smoked, then smothered in our homemade barbeque sauce and slow-cooked to perfection.   Available in half-rack and full-rack portions

    Rack of Lamb

    A very popular choice…this rack of New Zealand spring lamb is brushed with Dijon mustard sauce, sprinkled with breadcrumbs, seasoned with garlic and herbs, then baked to perfection

    Lamb Chops

    Succulent domestic center-cut lamb chops, charbroiled tender and juicy.  Served with house rosemary sauce

    Broiled Pork Medallions

    Deliciously charbroiled to their lean and juicy best.  One or two 7-ounce servings

    Ham Steak

    A generous slice of grilled ham, crowned with pineapple and accented with cranberry sauce

    Prime Rib of Beef

    The pride of River Lake Inn…our perfectly aged cut of prime rib is slowly roasted to melt in our mouth; served with au jus.  Available in regular, standard an extra cut portions.


    Also available is our house specialty–Pittsburgh Prime Rib with a blend of special blend of herbs.

    A mild-flavored fillet from the cold New Zealand waters…prepared to your liking. It is brushed with lemon-butter and broiled or dusted with flour and seasonings and pan-fried.  Either way, it’s mouth-watering

    Crab-Stuffed Orange Roughy

    Stuffed with a delightful crab stuffing and topped with an Ala’ Grego sauce.

    Native Whitefish

    A Great Lakes treasure!  This flakey fillet is topped with a succulent crabmeat and broiled to perfections

    Neptune’s Trio

    Tender morsels of Shrimp, Scallops and Orange Roughy bathed in our herbed-butter sauce and broiled…scrumptious!

    Sea Scallops

    These plump beauties are brushed with herbed-butter and broiled to perfection—sweet and tender.  Served with steamed broccoli

    Always a favorite!  Served just the way you like…broiled or deep-fired

    Ask your server for the days fresh catch which often includes Walleye, Salmon or other premium offerings

    Succulent breast of chicken nestled on a bed of steamed spinach, drizzled with our flavorful raspberry sauce and topped with bacon bits and crumbled bleu cheese—a taste extraordinaire

    Amaretto Chicken

    A tender, boneless breast of chicken dazzled with almond-flavored liqueur; served with rice and steamed broccoli

    Hawaiian Chicken

    Our delightful marinated chicken breast, charbroiled to perfection, served over a bed of our Hawaiian-flavored rice; garnished with fresh pineapple

    Raspberry, Cranberry Vinearette Salad

    Fresh greens with walnuts, oranges, dried cranberries and choice of grilled chicken or salmon

    Grilled Chicken Finger Salad

    Tender breast of chicken served on a bed of crisp salad greens, tossed with tomato, onion, cucumber; complemented with our choice of dressing

    River Lake Inn's Pub has a full selection of sandwiches, burgers, baskets, pizza and other favorites

    Pork Barbecue Sandwich

    River Lake Inn’s specialty sandwich!  Hickory-smoked pork and our own zesty barbecue sauce heaped on a fresh sourdough club roll. A real treat!

    Ground Sirloin Sandwich

    Fresh-ground ½ lbs choice sirloin, broiled till tender and juicy, served open-faced on a toasted bun. Sided with French fries, lettuce and tomato garnish. Slice of onion on request.

    Cowboy Sirloin Sandwich

    Fresh-ground ½ lbs choice sirloin, broiled till tender and juicy, served open-faced  with a think slab of deep-fried onion. Topped with our tangy BBQ sauce. Sided with French fries. 

    Chicken Breast Sandwich

    A tasty boneless chicken breast carefully broiled and served on a Kaiser bun. Available ala carte or with a cup of home-style soup du jour, tossed salad or French fries.
